The 30 Day Paleo Challenge has come and gone and we’re extremely proud of everyone who participated and gave their best effort.  I hope you will take what you’ve learned and continue to apply to your everyday life.  None of us eat a perfect Paleo diet everyday, but if you can be consistent for 6 or more days at a time, your body will recover and bounce back from the OCCASIONAL cheat meal quicker than before.  One of the members said it best about 2 weeks ago… “I never realized how bad I felt until I started feeling good!”

1 Power Clean @ heaviest possible weight.

Notes: The goal is to finish the piece with the heaviest possible weight on the bar.
Start wherever you want, but once weight is removed it may not be re-added.
